Remember the 70's? joerecords.com is not only excited about remembering the 70's but also to feature unreleased music from that era. - http://www.joerecords.com . This month the groups featured are; The Tubes, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, Omar and the Howlers, Rick Derringer, Molly Hatchet and Spirit. All CD's of previously unreleased recordings. The majority of these recordings were done by Sam Kopper original PD at legendary progressive rock station WBCN-Boston and who in the 70's/80's was one of the leading producers of live radio broadcasts nationwide. Sam's credits inlcude such notable events as Live Aid and Diana Ross in Central Park. He has worked with artists ranging from Aerosmith to Zappa! The vaults contain master tapes from over 400 live radio broadcasted concerts as well as other unreleased studio material.

In addition to this treasure of artists, the company is proud to announce Kathi McDonald's "Above and Beyond". Her new CD is getting rave reviews and one of her songs has just been covered by the blues queen herself, KoKo Taylor. This is Kathi's first American release since her legendary "Insane Asylum" on Capitol Records recorded in the 1970's with guest artists The Pointer Sisters and Tower of Power. Kathi is currently touring with Long John Baldry, Seattle Women and Brian Auger.

In the near future joerecords.com will be offering a new Custom CD service which gives the customer the ability to create a CD of their own personal mix of music right from the main website. The costumer can browse joerecords.com's roster easily previewing each vendor's MP3 selections. They can add any song they like to their "playlist." When they are finished shopping this playlist is electronically forwarded and recorded to a CD and ships it to the customer. This allows customers the ability to have their favorite singles on one CD.

She has worked as a staff booking agent for The Greenhill Agency and was a contributing rock journalist to Los Angeles based Strobe Magazine. Currently she books and hosts a successful monthly artist showcase in L.A. which has been covered by the L.A. Times, L.A. Weekly and the L.A. New Times. Wendie's expertise comes from her experience as a signed artist with Unity Entertainment, Plankton Records and from running her own label as a subsidiary of Groove House Records. Ms. Colter has handled every aspect of the business, from creating the artwork to manufacturing, retail marketing, overseeing distribution, commercial/college and public radio, press/internet promotion, publicity, short and long range planning.
