Something Wicked, Indiana's hard rocking ass kicking sons of the heartland hail from Indianapolis where since 1991, hell is exactly what they've been raising, and they're taking no prisoners along the way. When Something Wicked is not on the road performing their high-energy stage show with national acts King Diamond, Faster Pussycat, Dokken, Metal Church, Icon, Ratt, and Hair of the Dog to name a few, they are busy writing and recording new soul ripping, riff oriented, heart pounding, surrealistic emotional, yet sensual, true to the art material.

With their much anticipated up-and-coming CD which follows the 1998 self-titled release, they may well be redefining the cutting edge of the metal revival and they are definitely a band worth watching for on the new horizon. "What we are focused on right now is mixing the new CD and then setting our goals on Europe," Tracey, guitarist for Something Wicked. But there are more irons in the fire than just recording and future plans. The band is also nominated for the Best Metal Band Award by JPFolks, an Internet music community of over 8,000 music industry performers, A&R and music publishing professionals. After nearly 10 years of sticking to their guns, they are finally etching Something Wicked on the tombstones of the music industry, lets all pray they resurrect something good that has been lost for too long, music as it was meant to be.
