Sit back and visualize music on an acid trip. The music is not a heavy metal or the hard machine sound that statement may visuals in your mind. The music is like a guitar being played in a dream world or the echoes of music lost in space bouncing off of the space matter then being heard back on earth. The vocals are echo reflections reverbed and reflected matching the echoes of the guitar notes. There is from time to time a distinctive straightforward sound in the music but for the most part it more as described above.
The space effect I get may not match the name of the band and they may be going more for the underwater sound, which would also describe the music, but what I stated first was my first impression and my personal thoughts on the music.
It is very well blended and complex showing the talent of the Danny Perez. It is very normal music made unusual. It is not music everyone will like but it is music that can grow on you if you give a chance. The CD is very interesting to listen to and I would suggest everyone at least listen to it once.
Danny Playamaqui: guitars, bass, vocals, loops, percussion, melodica Lazaro Lazo: guitars. bass, drums, percussion, loops, synth, bkg vocals Luis Illescas: drums, percussion Miguel Tapia: guitars, random sonic wizardry
