Gainesville, Florida, May 25, 2001: E*TRADE On Air, a streaming radio show that airs live Monday-Friday on E*TRADE's website from 9-10am ET, and all day on demand, interviewed R. Walker, writer of Titans of Finance, today about Alternative Comics' September comic book release.

Following a flashy intro, "Faster than a rallying tech stock, stronger than a bullish market, the Titans of Finance! A comic book about money and business! Stick around, E*Trade On Air is next!" On Air heads through some news about the shift of power from 50/50 in the Senate to a slight edge for the Democrats, a discussion about the price of gasoline, some inspired picks for those playing the stock market, and other various business and finance bits, pieces, and commercials.

The hosts of On Air then dig in and spend over five minutes with R. Walker, about twice as much time than that devoted to what Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan had to say recently about the economy, talking Walker's artistic motivations and the true tales in Titans of Finance from the world of big money, wittily translated through America's most populist medium, comics. Although the hosts of On Air admit they are more familiar with titles such as Spider-Man and Archie, they are quite keen on R. Walker and artist Josh Neufeld's take on the world of business with stories "actually ripped from the business news headlines."
