August 11th, 2002, Los Angees - High Priestess Productions will host the Annual Harvest Moon Festival on Saturday, Setember 28, 2002, for the first time in Los Angeles (http://www.harvestmoonfest.org). Proceeds will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (http://www.nationalbreastcancer.org). Entertainment will include an eclectic mix of west coast performers, DJs and musical artists such as The High Priestess, DJ Obit, People's Bizarre, The Chris Thayer Band and Liza Warfel.

"My mother is a breast cancer survivor. I¹ve always wanted to reach out and help other women faced with this frightening disease, so I¹m thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to combine my passion for great music with a cause I feel so strongly about. This amazing evening will bring together an extraordinary and unique line-up of artists to support breast cancer treatment and education," said Regan, High Priestess Productions' President and founder.

Performers this year span a range of musical tastes and influences. High Priestess Regan has been charming audiences in LA for 2 years with sophisticated vocal and melody-oriented electronic music. The progressive jazz sextet Peoples Bizarre, from San Francisco, takes classic chamber instrumentation and adds accordion and drums for a unique musical journey. The Chris Thayer Band has been rocking Southern California twice a week for the last five years with their folk and blues infused rock music. Liza Warfel, one of the most respected singer/songwriters in Seattle, will be debuting material from her upcoming release.
